Promotions for This Weekend's Home Games!

Pirates Fans,
Your women's basketball team has only two games remaining to tune for the BIG EAST Tournament, and both games are at historic Walsh Gymnasium this weekend!
Don't Miss Friday Night's Play4Kay Game, Presented by RWJBarnabas Health!
Friday night's game against Marquette (7 p.m.), presented by RWJ Barnabas Health, will serve as the Play4Kay Game as the Pirates help support the Kay Yow Cancer Fund to try to eradicate women's cancer. The game is chock full of promotions:
- The first 500 fans will receive a pink rally towel
- Zeta Tau Alpha will pass out pink ribbons to all in attendance
- Gourmet Dining Services will provide pink cupcakes and cookies
- The women's basketball team will wear pink Under Armour uniforms and hold a special pregame jersey presentation
- Students who check into the game via the S.H.I.P.S. app will be entered to win two free tickets and free NJ Transit transportation to the men's basketball game at St. John's the next day
- Women's cancer survivors will be honored during one of the media timeouts
- The Student Alumni Association will hold a special Pirate Pandemonium Event
In addition, don't forget about the women's basketball team's free throw challenge to help support the Kay Yow Cancer Fund. Fans can pledge an amount for every free throw the Pirates make in the month of February. The Pirates are ranked 19th in the nation so far in this fundraising initiative, so help the team crack the top 10 before it's too late!
Don't Miss Sunday's Senior Day!Â
Sunday's game vs. DePaul (1 p.m.) is Senior Day, and the Pirates will honor their senior managers, band, dance and cheer before honoring student-athlete JaQuan Jackson in a pregame ceremony. Be sure to be in your seats early!
Sunday's game will also feature some promotions:
- Sunday is South Orange Day and Alumni Relations Volunteer Appreciation Day!
- Students who check in using the S.H.I.P.S. App will be entered to win one of three VISA Gift Cards worth $100!
- There will also be a S.H.I.P.S Prize Pickup game for students
