2026 Pork Roll / Taylor Ham Eating Contest
In celebration of our New Jersey Pride, we're bringing back the Pork Roll/Taylor Ham eating contest at the Seton Hall-Marquette game on Jan. 31! Two teams, one representing Pork Roll and the other representing Taylor Ham, will try to eat as much Pork Roll/Taylor Ham Egg & Cheese sandwiches as possible in a timed event for the right to permanently name the delicious New Jersey staple!
