About the Pirate Sports Network
The Pirate Sports Network, presented by RWJ Barnabas Health, is the video content provider of Seton Hall Athletics, offering live event and creative coverage of student-athletes. As of Fall 2025, live events produced by PSN are distributed on ESPN+. Seton Hall is currently utilizing a state-of-the-art control room to remotely produce baseball and soccer broadcasts and is also partnering with Rush Media to utilize a state-of-the-art production truck for all other sports.
The Pirate Sports Network, now a seven-time SVG College Sports Media Award finalist, is almost entirely run by Seton Hall students who are eager to develop a career in content creation, video editing, television, live production and broadcasting. Students will be immersed in a collaborative and fast-paced environment which prepares them to be successful professionals in the field upon graduation. Jobs that PSN alumni have gone on to land include television sports anchor, play-by-play broadcaster on national television, coordinating producer for digital sports events, graphics coordinator at a major sports network and communications director at a Div. I collegiate athletics department.
