The 1988-89 Pirates helped shape the modern era of Seton Hall Athletics with a historic run to the NCAA Final Four and national championship game in Seattle with wins over Indiana, UNLV and Duke in the process. During the season, The Hall matched the school record for most wins in a single season (31-7). This is the first full team to be inducted into the Hall of Fame.
