Aaron Kurtzman

Aaron Kurtzman won All-America swimming honors in the butterfly during the 1950s, including his win of the world 200-Meters butterfly crown at the 1950 Maccabiah Games in Israel. During the four years he swam for Seton Hall, the Pirates lost only two dual meets, and he racked up a number of swimming titles and set various school records. The American Swimming Coaches Association named him the premier butterfly stroke winner. He also won three Eastern Intercollegiate titles in as many years, and finished second to Olympic champion Joe Verdeur of LaSalle in the national collegiate competition.
