The philanthropy of Al Frungillo, founder and Chairman of Gourmet Dining LLC, has played a critical role in the advancement of Seton Hall Athletics since the company’s inception in 1987. Alongside his wife, Hope, and business partner, Ben Aiello, Fungillo has been a donor to Seton Hall since 1989, and his two sons, Michael and Anthony, are Seton Hall graduates. His University giving designations have contributed to Galleon Room renovations and upgrades, the Italian Studies Program, the Boland Hall Memorial Fund, the Library Endowment, the Law School Endowment Fund and the Many Are One Alumni Scholarship.
