Charles F. Lorenzo

Charles Lorenzo was a basketball star at Seton Hall Prep and Carteret Prep, where he averaged 39 points a game, including a 73-point performance, and achieved All-County and All-State honors. He came to Seton Hall University and played varsity basketball for the Pirates from 1955-57, averaging 10.3 points per game and helping The Hall reach the NIT in three consecutive seasons. After graduation, he went on to play professionally in the Eastern Basketball League with the Scranton Miners and Wilkes Barre Barons.
