Induction:
1986

A two-time All-American track star, Charles Joseph ran in the 60, 100, 200, and 400 and, at the time of his induction, was still the record holder in the 60, 100, and 200 events and had won more races than any track athlete in Seton Hall history. He was All-IC4A eight times, indoor and outdoor, and was voted Most Valuable Runner in the Metropolitan Track Association.
