Induction:
1977

At Seton Hall, Edward Madjeski earned nine varsity letters; four in baseball, three in basketball and two in soccer. In 1937 with the New York Giants, he became the first Seton Hall baseball player to be on the roster of a team in the MLB World Series. In total, he played four seasons of Major League Baseball with the Philadelphia Athletics, Chicago White Sox and the Giants.
