Francis E. Delany

Francis Delany was a member of the basketball team from 1938–41 and was part of the historic Seton Hall teams that produced a 43-game winning streak. He also played outfield on the baseball team from 1938–41, and was captain of the team during his senior year. He gained considerable recognition post-graduation as a coach on the high school level. His team at South Side High School in Newark ranked high in city, county and state circles.
