Induction:
2004

Frank Turner ran the lead-off legs for the mile relay team which won the IC4A and NYAC Mile Relay Championships, along with victories up and down the east coast in 1951. In 1952 at the Baltimore Sun Meet, he helped lead the relay team to a win over the Morgan State team, which featured three Olympians. Elected captain in 1953, he again led the relay team to numerous impressive victories.
