Fuquan Edwin '14 was an outstanding two-way player for the men's basketball team from 2010-14 as he is one of only two players in program history with over 1,600 career points and over 200 career steals. He holds both the program's career steals mark with 295 and the single-season mark with 102. Originally from Paterson, N.J., Edwin is also one of only four Pirates to ever win an NCAA statistical title, leading the nation in steals at 3.00 per game in 2011-12. He was a 2014 second-team All-BIG EAST and NABC All-District honoree, the 2014 BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Year and a two-time All-Met first team selection.
