Golden L. “Sonny” Sunkett

Induction:
1981

Golden Sunkett’s solid passing and superb backcourt performance helped the Pirates to a national scoring championship during the 1962 season. At the time of his induction, his pin-point passing ranked him second all-time in assists at Seton Hall. His playing career ended in 1964 with more than 500 points and 439 assists. He was also the recipient of the Bill Eyres Winners Circle award for service Seton Hall Athletics.
