Induction:
1978

Herb Germann was a member of Seton Hall’s 1964 National AAU Two-Mile Relay Championship team and the 1964 IC4A Two-Mile Relay Championship team. He will be remembered for his celebrated victory in the NCAA 1000 Yard run in 1966, when he became Seton Hall’s first NCAA champion in any sport. After graduation, he won the 1969 National AAU 1000 Yard run and the National AAU Two-Mile and Distance Medley Relays.
