A 1939 Seton Hall graduate, James Reynolds distinguished himself as a four year member/senior year captain of the Pirates basketball team, as well as also being a member of the Pirates baseball team and President of the Student Council. He served as a member of the Alumni Board of Directors for Seton Hall and was one of the founders and Charter Members of the athletic oriented “Friends of Seton Hall,” which for many years contributed to the athletic programs and facilities
