Kenneth P. Pine

At Seton Hall, Kenneth Pine played four years of varsity baseball and three years of varsity basketball. He was the center on The Hall’s “Wonder Team” that won 43 games in a row. In his senior year, he pitched for an undefeated Pirates team and finished his career with a record of 25-3. As a professional athlete, he played basketball in the old American League for Newark from 1946–47 and played minor league baseball for the Brooklyn Dodgers from 1938–40.
