Megan Meyer
- Induction:
- 2010
Widely regarded as the greatest softball player in Seton Hall history, Megan Meyer was the program’s first All-American, a distinction she earned as both a junior and a senior. She pitched the Pirates to back-to-back BIG EAST Championships in 2004 and 2005. A force academically as well, she was a four-time BIG EAST Academic All-Star and twice earned first-team Academic All-America recognition. In 2005, Meyer was named CoSIDA’s Academic All-American of the Year for the sport of softball. She broke nearly every Seton Hall career and single-season pitching record including career wins (81) and strikeouts (686).
