Sue Dilley was Seton Hall’s first female athletic administrator and served as coach of the women’s basketball team for 12 years. She is credited as being the driving force behind the development and success of women’s intercollegiate competition at Seton Hall during the early years. Compiling a career record of 198-118, she guided her team to the national AIAW Tournament six times, including an AIAW Championship bid in 1979. She also served as the Associate Director of Athletics.
