Seton Hall Wrestling Wins Two

The Pirates began the day with a 22-16 victory over Binghamton. Seton Hall took six individual matches in the dual meet, including a 20-7 major decision by junior Fikret Darzanoff (Clifton, NJ) at 184 pounds.
Seton Hall followed with a 48-9 victory over Wagner. The Pirates won eight matches, including six by forfeit. Sophomore 125-pounder David Ilaria (Belleville, NJ) and freshman 157-pounder Greg Ilaria (Belleville, NJ) both won by fall.
The Pirates finished the day with a 28-9 loss at Hofstra. Darzanoff, junior 174-pounder Everett Bell (East Rutherford, NJ) and sophomore 197-pounder Greg Sawyer (Franklinville, NJ) picked up Seton Hall's only three victories in the dual meet.
Seton Hall will host East Stroudsburg on Feb. 5 at 3 p.m. The Pirate seniors will be honored before the meet.
