Eugene Harvey, Men’s Basketball

Freshman Eugene Harvey was named BIG EAST Rookie of the Week, as announced on Dec. 4.  Harvey scored seven of his 18 points in overtime to help the Pirates defeat St. Mary’s on Dec. 2.  For the week, he averaged 16.5 ppg, 6.5 rpg, and 5.5 apg, and had four steals.  The Pirates take on Penn State on Saturday, Dec. 9, at 7:00 p.m. at the Continental Airlines Arena.
