Amanda Becker, Women’s Soccer

Senior Amanda Becker was named BIG EAST Goalkeeper of the Week after notching back-to-back shutouts at the Villanova Tournament last weekend. On Aug. 31, Becker saved all nine shots she faced against Virginia Commonwealth. The Pirates received more of the same from on Sept. 2, as she tallied three saves to defeat Lafayette 1-0. This is the third time Becker has been recognized as conference goalie of the week. Seton Hall will play Fairfield at Owen T. Carroll Field on Wednesday, Sept. 5, at 5:00 p.m.
