Tennis Falters at West Virginia, 5-2

MORGANTOWN, W. Va. The Seton Hall tennis team fell to 0-2 in the BIG EAST after a 5-2 defeat by the hands of West Virginia on Sunday. The Pirates are now 1-4 overall on the young spring season.

Junior Denise Liebschner (Weinboehla, Germany) picked up a straight-set victory of Stehpanie LaFortune. Sophomore Belfin Sunbul (Izmir, Turkey) remains undefeated after a 6-2, 6-1 triumph over Milica Pantovic.

Seton Hall returns to action on Thursday, February 19, at Rutgers.
