Junior Bobby Abreu had a strong week for the baseball team, batting .533 (8-for-15) with a triple and four runs scored in four games. Abreu had multiple hits in three of the four contests, beginning with a 2-for-4 effort from the plate which included an RBI and stolen base. In the series opener against Pittsburgh, he went 2-for-4 and followed up with a three-hit game in game two versus the Panthers.
