Jennifer Pettigrew, Women's Soccer
Sophomore Jennifer Pettigrew was named BIG EAST Conference Goalkeeper of the Week after playomg a major role in the upset of then-number 24 Rutgers on Friday, September 17 at Owen T. Carroll Field. Pettigrew earned her award for the six save performance against the in-state conference rival. She made three saves in each half, while facing 13 total shots by Rutgers. Pettigrew's award is the first for the Pirates since 2007 when Amanda Becker received the same honor.
