
MBB Dominates CB Torrejon, 93-55

MADRID, SPAIN - GAME 2 - Aaron Cosby (Louisville, Ky.) scored a team-high 19 points as the Seton Hall men's basketball team routed CB Torrejon, 93-55, in its second and final game in Madrid, Spain on Thursday.
Cosby started at the point guard position and did a fine job of running the Pirates' offense dishing out seven assists for the second straight game.
Seton Hall's frontcourt had a strong game in the paint. Junior Patrik Auda (Brno, Czech Republic) added 14 points, while Eugene Teague (Vineland, N.J.) had 12 points and Aaron Geramipoor (Manchester, England) had eight points. Ten of Auda's points game in the first half. He also led the team with nine rebounds.
Geramipoor and sophomore Kevin Johnson (Compton, Calif.) played staunch defense making if difficult for the Spaniards to score in the paint.
Junior Brian Oliver (Glassboro, N.J.) made his Seton Hall debut after being slowed by a sore ankle. The guard went 1-for-2 including a clutch three-pointer in the first half.
Seton Hall, 2-0 in Europe, will leave Madrid for the Canary Islands tomorrow (Thursday) for the remainder of its exhibition tour. The Pirates will face CB Gran Canaria for their third of five exhibition games on Saturday.
