The Pirate Blue Athletic Fund will be hosting its 5th Annual Beefsteak Tip-Off Dinner on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 in Walsh Gymnasium. This historic space is a fitting venue for the Beefsteak dinner as the excitement around this event and the upcoming seasons continue to grow. There are a range of opportunities for your consideration as you decide on how you can support the Beefsteak.
A key component of the dinner is our silent auction. In order to have a successful auction, we need your help in acquiring auction items. Do you have sports memorabilia you would be willing to donate? Can you arrange for a dinner at a popular restaurant, an outing with a celebrity, or a round of golf at an exclusive club? All donations, large or small are greatly appreciated. Please note that the expiration date on donated items should be October 2014. In addition, all donors will be recognized for their contributions on the Athletics' website and in the evening's program.
Entry Fee: $80 per person (tax deduction $45)
Table of Ten: $800 (tax deduction $450)
Full-Court Sponsor: $5,000 (tax deduction $4,685)
This sponsorship includes two tables of nine, your name being included in all promotional material including the event invitation, Pirate Blue website and displayed prominently at the dinner. You will be guaranteed to sit with a member of the Men's Basketball team, Women's Basketball team or a member of the coaching staff. A limited amount of these sponsorships are available.
Half-Court Sponsor: $2,000 (tax deduction $1,685)
This sponsorship includes a table of nine, your name being included in all promotional material including the event invitation, Pirate Blue website and displayed prominently at the dinner. You will be guaranteed to sit with a member of the Men's Basketball team, Women's Basketball team or a member of the coaching staff. A limited amount of these sponsorships are available.
Three-Point Sponsor: $1,200 (tax deduction $885)
This sponsorship includes a table of nine and your name being displayed at the dinner. You will be guaranteed to sit with a member of the Men's Basketball team, Women's Basketball team or a member of the coaching staff. A limited amount of these sponsorships are available.
