It's Finally November!
ÂÂ
Walsh Gym was the place to be last week as we hosted two men's basketball and three women's basketball games. That means we are officially in hoops season!
Â
We have two terrific basketball teams here at Seton Hall, and they need your continued support. Our men's basketball Prudential Center opener is this Saturday against a very tough Saint Louis team that is picked to win the Atlantic 10. Our student-athletes feed off the energy you bring to the games, so I hope we will be seeing you at The Rock for the 8 p.m. game! You can get your tickets right now at SHUPirates.com/SHUvsSTL.
Â
And while half of the women's basketball non-conference home schedule is already complete, I hope you can join us for one of the next two games at Walsh Gym – Nov. 25 against St. Francis Brooklyn and Nov. 27 against UMass Lowell. Tickets to those two games and the remaining 10 games are available on Ticketmaster.

Please Enjoy Our 2017-18 Annual Report
ÂÂ
Here at Seton Hall Athletics, I believe in always moving forward. But sometimes, you have to take a moment to reflect back on all that you've accomplished.
Â
We are proud of all the achievements that you'll be able to read in the 2017-18 Annual Report. Having said that, while we've built an incredible culture of excellence so far, we are by no means where we need to be. We will continue to work hard to reach our goals, and with your unwavering support, we can get there.
Â
For our dedicated Pirate Blue members, you will be receiving your hard copy of the 2017-18 Annual Report in the mail soon.

Our 10th Annual Beefsteak Dinner a Resounding Success!
ÂÂ
Two weeks ago, we held our 10th annual Beefsteak Tip-Off Dinner, and 10 years later, we are still drawing a great crowd of basketball supporters eager to celebrate the start of the men's and women's basketball seasons.
Â
To everyone who came to the event and everyone who participated in the silent auction, thank you for your tremendous support. Pirate Blue once again raised over $130,000 from the Beefsteak, all of which will go towards supporting our men's & women's basketball student-athletes.

Save The Date: Season Ticket Holder Christmas Party Dec. 11
ÂÂ
There are a lot of perks to being a Seton Hall basketball season ticket holder, and one of the best ones is the Season Ticket Holder Christmas Party that we will be holding on Tuesday, Dec. 11. All men's & women's basketball season ticket holders are invited, and you'll be receiving more information on how to RSVP through the ticket office. We can't wait to see you there.

A Pirate's Life Episode Three Will Have You Seeing Double
ÂÂ
The latest episode of "A Pirate's Life" is a fun one. You'll get to meet Corey and Spencer Burkhardt, two members of the men's soccer team who just played their final collegiate game together. Both have been terrific ambassadors for our University; they are great leaders, work hard in school and on the field, have been committed to making a difference in the community and are well liked and respected among their peers.
Â
Please give the episode a watch, as well as our first episode on women's soccer's Taylor Cutcliff and the second episode on men's cross country's Ryan McNeilly.
