
Seton Hall Athletics Introduces Pirate Wellness Video Series

Program
"While we remain away from campus, we are dedicated to having a sense of normalcy as a department, and we have prioritized keeping our student-athletes engaged in activities that they would be participating in if they were physically at Seton Hall right now," said Bryan Felt, Seton Hall's Director of Athletics & Recreation.
Video topics will include academics, nutrition, best practices for workouts, mental health and more. Plus, the athletics department will hold a special #TeamworkTuesday each Tuesday at 3 p.m., on @SHUAthletics Instagram Live that will consist of a workout and a Q&A session.
All videos will be posted to the department's Facebook, Instagram and Twitter social media channels, all labeled @SHUAthletics. Since the videos are posted publicly on social media, all Pirates fans and supporters are welcome to enjoy the content. Scroll down to see all the videos or view all of them in our Twitter Moments.
