Cayce, S.C. - The Seton Hall women's tennis team's season came to a close Friday in a 4-0 defeat to top-seeded Xavier in the quarterfinals of the 2026 BIG EAST Championship.
Seton Hall battled hard, and despite being swept, the Pirates were leading in two of three unfinished matches and the third was headed to a third set.
The Pirates conclude the season with a spring dual match record of 6-15, and they have won at least one BIG EAST Championship match in back-to-back seasons.
