2019 NCAA Negotiated Resolution - Men's Basketball
On November 15, 2019, the NCAA Division I Committee on Infractions announced that it approved a negotiated resolution jointly submitted by Seton Hall University and the NCAA enforcement staff, which had determined that phone calls by a former men’s basketball associate head coach to the mother of a prospect were in violation of NCAA Bylaw 13.1.1.3.

Through Negotiated Resolution, it was determined that the Seton Hall men’s basketball program would be placed on probation from November 15, 2019 to November 14, 2022.
