FirstNet First Responders of the Game

The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Rapid Deployment Force is a highly trained group of municipal, county and state law enforcement officers who are brought together to provide a rapid response to various incidents. These incidents may range from a need to respond to an elevated National Homeland Security Threat Alert, provide security for critical infrastructure, or provide a robust rapid response to a natural, biological and or technological hazard.
During the initial onset of the COVID 19 pandemic, from March 2020 through September 2020, members of the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Rapid Deployment Force (RDF), under the leadership of Sgt. Willy Caicedo and Sgt. Justin Kealy, conducted frontline Emergency Management Police and Safeguard operations to facilitate the Countywide COVID 19 Testing effort for residents at Hudson Regional Hospital Secaucus, NJ, completing up to 25,000 tests.
