Tatum Colitz was hired as Seton Hall's Senior Associate Athletics Director for Compliance & Student-Athlete Development and Senior Woman Administrator in January 2020. Colitz came to The Hall after five-plus years serving as an administrator at her alma mater Wagner College, most recently as the Associate Athletics Director and SWA.
In addition to her oversight of Seton Hall's compliance and student-athlete development, she is the sport administrator for women's basketball, women's soccer, women's tennis and men's & women's cross country.

At Wagner, Colitz was a member of the Seahawks senior staff, providing administrative oversight and management over personnel, budget, scheduling and event management. She directly supervised Wagner's Student Services team, consisting of academics, compliance and student-athlete development and also served as sport administrator for women's basketball, softball, men's & women's cross country/track & field, men's & women's golf and women's triathlon.

In addition, Colitz served as the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) administrative advisor that included the promotion of community services initiatives, was Wagner's departmental liaison with most the College's cross-campus offices, including the Dean of Students, Campus Life and Title IX offices, and collaborated in the development and implementation of Wagner's strategic diversity plan.

Colitz got her start in collegiate administration in July 2013, when she was hired as an academics and compliance assistant at Wagner, where she supported a focus group of 60 at-risk student-athletes with class scheduling, academic tutoring, study skills, social-emotional mentoring, career development and graduation plans. After two years, she earned a promotion to Assistant Athletics Director for Student Services, overseeing all of Wagner's academics and life skills.

A native of Wyomissing, Pa., Colitz earned her Bachelor of Arts in a Dual Major of English and Childhood Elementary/Special Education from Wagner in 2013 and then received her Master of Science in Education in 2015. She was a four-year swimmer for the Seahawks, a team captain, the 2012-13 Team MVP and an All-Northeast Conference selection. In May 2013, she was the recipient of the Norbert Leeseberg Undergraduate Award, recognizing high achievement in community activism, leadership and academic excellence in Wagner's Education department.
