Golf Places Third At John MacDonald Classic

ABSECON, N.J. - The Seton Hall golf team completed its fall season Tuesday in the secondround of the John McDonald Classic at the Galloway National Golf Club in Absecon, N.J. The Pirates shot a 622(311-311) to finish the tournament in third place.
Junior Dean Gultula (Haskell, N.J.) led the Pirates after shooting a 152 (75-77), which left Gultula tied for seventh overall. Freshman Kyle Morris (Powell, Ohio) completed play with a 154 (77-77), tying for 13th in the overall standings. Junior Mike Byland (Kelowna, B.C.) finished 22nd with a 159 (81-78). Senior Scott Sanderson (Moscow, Penn.) shot a 160 (81-79), good for a 23rd place tie. Richard Brazeau (Portsmouth, N.H.) tied for 41st overall after shooting a 168 (78-90).
Seton Hall golf will return to action in the Spring 2005 season.
