
Volleyball Knocks Off Fordham

Seton Hall led most of the way in game one, but the Rams tied the score on eight occasions to keep themselves in the game. The Pirates largest lead was only three, at 11-8 and 29-26, but it was enough to take game one, 30-28.
In game two, the Pirates were able to take a comfortable 26-19 lead. Fordham went on a 6-1 run to cut their deficit to 27-25, but Seton Hall never lost the lead as they took game two.
The Pirates started strong with a 7-0 run in the third game. With the score 19-13, the Rams scored the next five points to cut the Seton Hall lead to 19-18. The Pirates took the next five points to regain control of the game and eventually earn the match win.
