- Mascot must be provided with a place to change and at minimum, a supply of water. Due to the expense of the costumes upkeep, mascots may not appear at outside events in inclement weather.
- University events take priority to off-campus events.
- All appearances are contingent on the availability of the student mascots. Although every effort will be made to accommodate scheduled events, Seton Hall University will not be held liable for missed appearances.
- Suits may not be rented or borrowed. Approximately two weeks after your request is submitted, you will be contacted and advised of Mascot availability for your event. Please do not call the Marketing Office. You may e-mail any questions to Kelly O'Neil at kelly.oneil@shu.edu
