PROVIDENCE, R.I. Junior Tricia Meyers (Cincinnati, Ohio) was named to the BIG EAST Honor Roll after helping the Seton Hall volleyball team win two crucial matches over the weekend.

Meyers led the Pirates’ attack, averaging 5.33 kills per game and a .500 attack percentage. With the Pirates fighting to stay in the race for the postseason, she posted 19 kills and five blocks against Georgetown. Then on Sunday she notched a career-best 29 kills, while committing just four errors on 49 attack attempts as Seton Hall defeated USF in five games.

Meyers is now just 18 kills shy of becoming the sixth player in Seton Hall history to reach the 1,000 kill plateau.

The Pirates host LIU on Wednesday, Oct. 31, at 5:00 p.m. in their final home match of the season.
