Meyers Picked to All-BIG EAST Second Team

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Junior Tricia Meyers (Cincinnati, Ohio) was named to the All-BIG EAST Volleyball Second Team for the second straight year.
Meyers led the team with a .328 hitting percentage and 80 blocks, while posting 358 kills on the season. On Oct. 31 against LIU, she became just the sixth player to reach 1,000 career kills and is currently fifth all-time on the career list with 1,041.
Meyers hit double-figures in kills 17 times, while going over 20 on four different occasions. Her top performance of the year was a 29 kill effort where she posted a .510 attack percentage in a five game win over South Florida on Senior Day.
