Greg Gomes Track and Field

 

Junior Greg Gomes (Somerset, N.J) repeated as the BIG EAST Indoor 500-meter champion on Feb. 18.  Gomes ran the race in 1:01.56, breaking the meet record by six hundredths of a second.  Earlier in the season, Gomes qualified for the IC4A’s and the NCAA Championships in the 500-meter.
