Kim Schweitzer, Softball

Sophomore pitcher Kim Schweitzer was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll after going 2-0 on the mound for the Pirates last week. Schweitzer picked up complete game victories over Saint Peter's and Iona, throwing a total of 14 innings without allowing an earned run. She struck out four and walked none in a 13-3 win over the Gaels a day after whiffing five in a 6-0 shutout of the Peahens. Schweitzer leads Seton Hall in every pitching category, including wins (13) and ERA (3.50).
