Junior Allie Matters became just the sixth player in SHU history to eclipse 1,000-career digs, after a 21 dig performance at Penn on Sep. 21. She is currently sixth all-time on the career dig list with 1,066.

Allie Matters had another outstanding individual performance in the Pirates’ sweep of Fordham, posting 21 digs in just three sets. Matters leads the BIG EAST, averaging 5.08 digs per set, and was ranked 23rd in the nation prior to this week’s matches.
