Tricia Meyers Named to BIG EAST Volleyball Honor Roll

PROVIDENCE, R.I.   Senior Tricia Meyers (Cincinnati, Ohio) was named to the BIG EAST Honor Roll for the second time this season after helping the Seton Hall volleyball team top Villanova, 3-2, on October 18.

Meyers racked up season-highs with 20 kills and six digs, and boasted a .357 hitting percentage. She picked a fine time to play her best match of the season as the Pirates needed each one of her kills to not only beat the Wildcats, but to stay ahead of them in the race to reach the BIG EAST Championship.

Pittsburgh’s Kelly Campbell was named BIG EAST Player of the Week, while Cincinnati’s Missy Harpenau was selected conference Freshman of the Week.
