Jernail Hayes, Track and Field
Sophomore Jernail Hayes picked up two more conference titles at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships last weekend. Hayes won the 400-meter hurdles in 58.83 for her first individual crown, and holds the 18th fastest time in the country in the event. She also ran the anchor leg of the winning 4x400-meter relay squad that ran a 3:35.85 to give the Pirates the indoor and outdoor championship in the competition.
