SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. The Seton Hall volleyball team snapped a four match losing streak by sweeping Fairleigh Dickinson, 3-0 (25-15, 25-18, 25-21), in the Pirates first home match of the season. SHU (3-4) virtually controlled the entire match, surrendering the lead just once in the entire contest.

The Pirates started the second set on a blazing 12-3 run, and looked poised to put the Knights (5-4) away. FDU pulled within, 21-17, but a kill from Matusiak put the Hall back on track. A few plays later, Rahrer set up Meyers to seal the set.
