
Six Named to Athletics Administrative Posts

Alexandra Ayer has been named Marketing Manager. Ayer has served Seton Hall’s athletics marketing office as an intern for two years prior to this promotion. Her new duties will require her to work closely with the department’s on-campus marketing efforts. A 2008 graduate of
Stephanie Gebhardt has been named Assistant Ticket Manager. Gebhardt has been working in Seton Hall’s ticket office as a student assistant for nearly three years. A 2008 Seton Hall graduate with a bachelor’s degree in secondary education and history, she will assist in office responsibilities related to ticket sales and customer relations.
Susan Giesemann has been named Assistant Athletic Trainer. Giesemann comes to Seton Hall from
Michael Kowalsky was promoted to Assistant Director of Athletics Communications. Kowalsky has served Seton Hall’s office of athletic communications the last two years as the office’s full-time assistant and handled all media, public relations and statistical upkeep involving the programs of men’s golf, men’s and women’s track & field, softball, women’s tennis and women’s volleyball. A 2006 graduate of SUNY-Cortland, he has also worked in athletic communications at his alma mater and the Syracuse Crunch, a minor league ice hockey team.
Brian Poll has been named Assistant Director/Recreational Services. Poll returns to Seton Hall after a year of working in pharmaceutical sales. He served three years as a graduate assistant in Seton Hall’s recreational services office, while earning his master’s degree in corporate and public communication. Poll, who also served an internship with the Lakewood Blueclaws minor league baseball team, also received a bachelor’s degree in communications from Seton Hall.
Jessica Viana has been named Assistant Athletic Trainer. Viana comes to Seton Hall from
