Noteisha Womack, Women’s Basketball

Senior Noteisha Womack posted her eighth and ninth double-doubles of the season against Norfolk State and Notre Dame last week. Womack guided the Pirates to their seventh straight victory with a 25 point, 15 board performance on Dec. 31. Against the Irish, she contributed 11 points and 13 rebounds in a close contest on Jan. 3. Womack currently leads the nation in rebounding with 13.8 per game, and leads the BIG EAST with nine double-doubles on the season.
