Seton Hall University basketball fans are encouraged to support the Pirates in their upcoming contest against St. John’s University by representing the school’s color and turning the “Red Storm” BLUE. The game will take place on Thursday, February 5 at 9:00 p.m. All fans are asked to wear Pirate blue to the game. The match-up, which will be televised on ESPN 2, has also been selected as the “Pack the House” game for this season. “Pack the House” is an annual event focused on selling out Prudential Center for a select home men's basketball game. It coincides with the student-run "Spirit Week."
The second ever “Pirate Blue Out” will aim to roll out the blue carpet as the Pirates take on the Red Storm. In the week leading up to the event, the Pirate Blue Athletic Fund will set up “T-Shirt Swap Stations” around campus where students and faculty will be able to trade in non-Seton Hall collegiate tees for a new Pirate Blue T-Shirt.
