Ashley Forsyth, Softball Junior pitcher Ashley Forsyth was named Co-Pitcher MVP of UMBC Dawg Pound Invitational after posting a 2-0 record with a 0.53 ERA, and tossed a no-hitter against Fairleigh Dickinson, guiding the Pirates to an 11-0 win on Mar. 6. Forsyth struck out nine batters against the Knights on her way to earn the first no-hitter of her collegiate career. Against UMBC in the championship game of the tournament, she threw seven innings, surrendering just one run on six hits while striking out seven in a 6-1 victory.
