Golf Names Fiddler's Elbow Official Home Course

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. - Head coach Clay White announced today that Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club will be the official home course for the Seton Hall men’s golf program.
Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club offers 54 magnificent holes of golf. Although it is the largest in the state, it retains an intimate country Club environment and service that is personal and attentive. The three superbly conditioned courses offer a unique diversity of challenge and a broad range of options for both personal play or private events. “It is a huge step for our program to have a permanent place to call our home,” said White. “We greatly appreciate the several private clubs that have embraced our team over the years. But our official adoption of Fiddler’s Elbow is just another step in the right direction for our program to remain competitive in the highly-demanding BIG EAST Conference.”
In recent years, Seton Hall has received the generous support of several area courses and country clubs for training purposes including: Canoe Brook Country Club, Essex County Country Club, Fairmount Country Club, Maplewood Country Club, Neshanic Valley Golf Course, Plainfield Country Club, Rock Spring Club, Suburban Golf Club and Twin Brooks Country Club.
Considered a team on the rise, the Seton Hall men’s golf program recently placed third in the BIG EAST Championship for a second consecutive year. The BIG EAST Conference is comprised of 12 golf programs and includes some of the finest teams and individuals in the nation.
