SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. - Seton Hall head volleyball coach Kris Zeiter has announced that Kelly Palma (Stamford, Conn.) will join the program this coming fall. Parma joins Hannah Guth (Palatine, Ill.) and Alyssa Warren (Joliet, Ill.) for the 2010 recruiting class.
"Kelly is a very raw volleyball player with a lot of upside," Zeiter said. "She jumps very well and will help us with depth at all three front row positions. "She is an exceptional student and will be a great addition to this recruiting class."
Palma played four years at Trinity Catholic High School and led her team to its first City Volleyball Championship since 1982 this past fall. She was a first team All-City team member and was named second team All-FCIAC County Volleyball in 2009. In the classroom, Palma is an honor roll student and was named a FCIAC Scholar Athlete in September.
