Danielle DeStaso, Softball
Softball freshman Danielle DeStaso was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll after a strong week, which included helping the Pirates to a win over St. John's. In the win, DeStaso pitched five innings allowing one earned run and recording six strikeouts, along with getting her first career hit and RBI. She also hit two home runs this week and went 3-for-3 against UMBC.
